As part of the Coaching Network, members will receive:

1. Monthly live large group teaching - offered two times per month (AM and PM). Each month we host a live Zoom call where we take a deep dive on topics like personal spirituality, how to recruit, how to fire, how to deal with criticism, how to build unity, and much more. Each session is taught by Scot Longyear, Brian Tabor​, and special teaching guests. As an added bonus, we often have a surprise guest artist wrap the session for us by leading worship. Past artists have included Chris McClarney, Mack Brock, Brooke Nicholls, Rhett Walker, David Leonard, and more.

Training takes place each month of the second Monday of the month at 8pm EST and the second Tuesday of the month at 3pm EST. Replay links are sent to all members who cannot make the live gatherings.

2. One-to-one coaching. Members can receive a monthly 30-minute one-on-one consultation addressing an area of their choosing. Here is how it works: Say you are trying to lead through a moral failure of someone on your team. Contact Scot or Brian and we will connect you with one of our WLP Coaches skilled in that area. Or maybe you are navigating a difficult relationship with your Senior Pastor, or needing advice on how to write a proposal for a new AVL upgrade. No matter the challenge, we will connect you with a coach who is an expert in their field. They will schedule a 30-minute call to walk you through some solutions. This offers members unique access to ministry leaders that will address your needs specifically. Imagine having someone in your corner, no matter the challenge! One-to-one coaching is included in the monthly subscription.

3. Private Facebook group. Members have access to a private Facebook group where interaction takes place with leaders across the globe. Wonder what others are doing for Easter or Christmas? Post a question. Need some prayer? Post a request and you will be prayed for. Have you found a song (or written a song) that you want to share? Post it in the group.
